Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Skylark Day Nursery in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, to Rising Stars (Hull) Ltd, in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Situated in a convenient and accessible residential area close to the town centre and seafront, Skylark Day Nursery is a well-established childcare setting with capacity for 44 children. Operating from a substantial former church property, the nursery has built an excellent reputation within the local community and was rated “Good” at its latest Ofsted inspection.
The business had been under family ownership since 2006 and has consistently delivered high-quality childcare in a warm and secure environment.
The sale was prompted by the clients’ retirement, creating an opportunity for Rising Stars (Hull) Ltd to expand its presence in the region and build upon the nursery’s strong foundations.
