Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to confirm the successful sale of Plas Garnedd Care, a substantial and well-performing group of two residential care homes based in Pentraeth and Llanfairpwll on the Isle of Anglesey, to new sector entrant Belmere Care Group (the trading name of Milward Medical Holdings Ltd).

The six-figure transaction attracted multiple competitive offers from established corporate operators. The deal underlines continued investor confidence in high-quality, income-producing healthcare assets with strong operational fundamentals.

The group comprises two residential care homes registered for a combined 52 residents, delivering 50 single en-suite bedrooms alongside extensive communal accommodation, landscaped gardens, and well-invested facilities. Both homes benefit from consistently high occupancy levels, strong local reputations and long-established referral networks, supported by a robust and experienced management team across both sites.

The deal required detailed financial analysis, careful management of due diligence enquiries, and coordination across legal and funding parties to ensure momentum was maintained through to completion.
