The business supports approximately 220 service users and delivers around 2,200 hours of care per week, underpinned by a committed workforce and an experienced second-tier management structure.
The business has achieved ‘Good’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission across the branches inspected, reflecting consistent standards of care and regulatory compliance. Its established infrastructure and regional footprint made it an attractive opportunity for both trade and strategic buyers.
The transaction generated strong interest from multiple parties and concluded successfully following a competitive process.
