Operating across Nottinghamshire, Cedars Care has built a strong reputation since its establishment in 2016 for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. The agency provides a wide range of services designed to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing for adults and elderly service users.
At the time of sale, the business was delivering approximately 290 care hours per week to 26 service users and benefited from a predominantly private client base. The agency had also developed strong referral relationships with local authorities, NHS services and other professional referrers.
Cedars Care offers a comprehensive range of domiciliary care services, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, respite care, and specialist support for individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and learning difficulties.
Supported by an experienced team of dedicated care staff, the agency was rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
The opportunity attracted significant interest from a number of experienced trade buyers due to its strong reputation, loyal client base and growth potential. Following a competitive sales process managed by Redwoods Dowling Kerr, the business was ultimately acquired by a first-time buyer who recognised the agency’s quality foundations and future prospects.
