Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Hipperholme & Lightcliffe Nursery, a well-established nursery in West Yorkshire, to an experienced local operator.
Located in Brighouse, the nursery has operated since 2010 and has become recognised as a high-quality childcare setting within the region. The business occupies a substantial 500m² premises and benefits from extensive outdoor play and learning facilities, creating an environment designed to support children across a broad range of developmental stages.
The setting offers capacity for up to 145 children from birth through to eleven years of age. Alongside its core nursery operation, the business includes established before and after school services and a holiday club, supported by long-standing relationships with local primary schools to create a well-rounded childcare offering for families.
The transaction allows the clients to move forward with their future plans while securing a future for the nursery under new ownership.
