The Wendy House Nursery in Perth and Kinross has been successfully sold to a new entrant to the childcare sector, in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The well-established setting operates from a substantial property and has built an excellent reputation within its local community since opening in 1990. Positioned within a desirable residential area, the nursery benefits from strong demand, attracting families both locally and from surrounding towns. The setting offers capacity for over 50 children and has consistently maintained high occupancy levels, supported by regular referrals and recommendations.

Its quality of care and education was recognised in 2019 when the Care Inspectorate awarded a rating of ‘Very Good’, underscoring the setting’s commitment to providing an excellent and nurturing environment for all children.

Presented to a high standard throughout, the nursery provides a warm and stimulating environment, complemented by extensive outdoor play areas.
