Care at Home Group Ltd, a complex domiciliary care agency operating across the North West with five offices, has been successfully sold to Arishta Limited, in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The agency delivers over 4,600 hours of care per week to approximately 350 service users.
This transaction attracted multiple offers and sold comfortably above the leasehold asking price. Stephanie Quinn, Senior Sales Negotiator at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, who negotiated the sale said:
