Founded in 1997, Abbey Care has earned an enviable reputation for providing high-quality personal and domestic care. The agency currently delivers approximately 3,200 hours of care per month to 27 service users and has established strong relationships with the NHS, local authorities, and private clients.
The sale was negotiated by Asif Musa, Senior Sales Negotiator – Healthcare at Redwoods Dowling Kerr, who identified the ideal buyer. The transaction attracted significant interest from multiple parties, reflecting the agency’s strong reputation and robust performance. The sale represents a retirement exit for the current owner, providing an excellent opportunity for an ambitious new entrant into the home care sector.
