Tamar Care Services, a family-owned and independent care service, provide a wide range of flexible, tailored and life-enabling domiciliary care. This includes Alzheimer’s and dementia care, personal care, support for clients with learning disabilities, and alcohol and drug support.
Operating from an accessible and well-equipped office in Plymouth, the business has demonstrated year-on-year growth since the current ownership took over in 2014.
Alongside the excellent reputation within the local community, Tamar Care Services consistently received a CQC rating of ‘Good’ across the board. Their service is driven by an experienced team of dedicated care workers and office staff.
The owner instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr to sell due to retirement ambition. The influential factor behind the sale was a bespoke marketing campaign underlining the opportunity to purchase a well-run independent business with further growth potential.
Care Skilled Healthcare, a domiciliary care operator, were attracted to purchase the business due to its excellent structure, development opportunities, and positive standing in the region.
