City Care has operated successfully for over 10 years and has earned an excellent reputation as a leading care provider in the local area.
City Care offers a wide range of care options to the elderly, such as care for learning and physical disabilities, end of life care and companionship. The business regularly delivers care to its 190 clients in the area.
The agency currently delivers approximately 2000 hours of care per week and was rated as ‘Good’ by the CQC in its latest inspection. Furthermore, the business has forged strong and long-standing relationships with the local authorities.
The current owners wished to sell to pursue other business opportunities and instructed RDK in the sale.
Our bespoke marketing and advertising campaign generated high interest in the agency with 4 viewings and was sold to a local operator in the area.
The buyer owns a number of domiciliary care agencies and is experienced in the sector. They were attracted to the agency due to the possibility of expansion and intends to continue to grow the business.
