Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of St Nicholas Day Nursery in Lincolnshire.
The business sold to Kindred Education Ltd, a major UK childcare provider and returning client of RDK. The purchase of St Nicholas brings Kindred to a total of 42 nurseries and three out-of-school settings.
Established 20 years ago, St. Nicholas, a delightful purpose-built day nursery in Lincoln, boasts space for up to 101 children from birth to five years old. Over the years, its stellar reputation and the excellent childcare it provides have helped it garner a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted.
