Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Sunshine Day Nursery in Fife.
The nursery was snatched up by Sadco Nursery Group, owners of Noah’s Ark Nursery in Lochgelly, who contacted RDK with their desire to grow. Sunshine Nursery, a well-established detached nursery with a large capacity for up to 47 children, proved to be the ideal choice for the group’s expansion plans.
Sadco Nursery Group have owned Noah’s Ark Nursery since 2023. The owners, Saqib and Amir Sadiq, come from a family with two decades of experience in the childcare sector. Sadco Nursery Group plan to upgrade their new setting by making use of its potential and opportunities. In collaboration with their two settings, they are eager to consistently deliver the best service possible.
