Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Oxfordshire Nurseries Limited, a distinguished group of four day nurseries located in Southern Oxfordshire, to ICP Educare Limited.
Incorporated in 2004, Oxfordshire Nurseries Limited has operated as a family-run, highly respected childcare provider. The group includes; Culham Science Centre Nursery and Preschool near Abingdon, Culham Village Nursery and Preschool, Hadden Hill Nursery and Preschool near Didcot, and Wantage Nursery and Preschool in Wantage town centre.
With a combined capacity for 318 children, the nurseries cater to children aged 0-5 years and are highly regarded within their communities. Every setting is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, demonstrating the high-quality care and education provided. Three of the four nurseries offer opportunities for further capacity expansion.
Each nursery has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to the highest standard, providing a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment for children. As a result, they receive regular referrals from satisfied parents and consistently earn glowing reviews.
ICP Educare Limited is an Early Years platform backed by the specialist education sector investor Innervation Capital Partners Ltd and after working with RDK for the last 12 months, now operate nine settings. RDK has previously facilitated the sale of Poplars Blossoms Nursery School Limited and Phoenix Park Nursery in Nottingham as well as Shotley Bridge Nursery School in County Durham, to ICP Educare.
