The nursery has built a great local reputation, supported by historically high occupancy levels and strong operational delivery. It represents a high-quality childcare setting with clear scope for continued development under new ownership.
The transaction formed part of a structured marketing process and attracted interest from a range of parties. The successful buyer, Nursery Elite Limited, is a committed operator within the childcare sector and is well placed to build on the nursery’s strong foundations.
