The nursery is a well-established, purpose-built setting registered for 96 children, positioned in a convenient and accessible location. Surrounded by residential areas and close to key commuter routes, the setting has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality childcare. It was rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED in May 2025, and its longstanding presence in the area has supported consistent occupancy levels and regular referrals from satisfied parents.
Operating from a spacious detached property arranged across two floors, the nursery offers a range of well-presented rooms tailored to different age groups, alongside extensive outdoor play areas designed to enhance early years learning.
The clients brought the business to market as part of their retirement plans, presenting an excellent opportunity for an incoming operator. While the nursery has maintained strong financial performance, it also offers clear scope for growth through increased occupancy, supported by existing facilities and unused space within the setting.
