Little Treasures sold to CSPL Investments

Little Treasures Childcare and Learning Centre Ltd located in Hampshire sold to CSPL Investments in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Little Treasures is a children’s day nursery in Liss, Hampshire. The nursery sits within easy access to the A3 and A272 motorways and has excellent rail links from Liss mainline train station offering direct access to London Waterloo. The setting operates out of a spacious two-storey building with substantial outdoor space beyond its own outdoor play area. Little Treasures has a capacity for 30 children from 3 months to 5 years of age.

The buyer, CSPL Investments, is a first-time buyer with the desire to expand into the childcare sector. The buyer recently returned to the UK from the US where they run an indoor play and preschool program. Little Treasures will be their first acquisition in the UK.
