Plan It Homecare located in the West Midlands sold to a corporate buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Plan It Homecare is a highly-respected domiciliary care agency in Coventry. The original owner first established the business in 2011. Since then, it has earned a truly enviable reputation for offering a wide range of quality, professional care services. Plan It has forged strong relationships with numerous external providers. It delivers up to 2,300 hours of care per week to around 120 service users.

The buyer, a domiciliary care operator with 12 years of experience in the sector, was attracted to the business due to its excellent reputation and how well it has been run. The new owner is looking forward to continue to provide the best quality care. They wish to grow the business as a bolt-on to their current domiciliary care portfolio.
