Registered for 14 residents, the home offers 13 en-suite bedrooms and was operating at full occupancy at the time of sale, with a wholly private-pay resident base. The business has consistently achieved high standards of care, earning an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission, and benefits from a highly experienced registered manager and dedicated team of care professionals who provide continuity and stability for residents and their families.
