Dolly’s Daycare Sold to First-Time Buyer

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Dolly’s Daycare in Kent.

The business sold to a first-time buyer with extensive experience in social care and healthcare.

Dolly’s Daycare is a well-established purpose-built children’s day nursery. It is set in the semi-rural town of Ashford, Kent, and runs out of neatly presented open-plan facilities. The nursery has a capacity of 32 children from two to five years of age. Founded in 2016, the nursery has since gained an excellent reputation for the levels of education it provides, not just locally, but further afield with strong word of mouth leading to recommendations and great reviews.

This stellar reputation helped garner the interest of a first-time buyer in the childcare sector. After an initial meeting, the former owner knew right away that it was the right buyer for her, and that the business would be in good hands.

The new owner wishes to continue to provide the same excellent levels of education the business is known for.
