Dandelion Education Limited operates a group of three well-established Forest School settings across Norfolk, with a fourth site currently awaiting planning permission. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering a distinctive outdoor learning experience, combining a nature-led philosophy with the EYFS framework. Established over a decade ago by owners with teaching backgrounds, the settings are recognised for their high-quality provision, with Ofsted ratings including one ‘Outstanding’ and two ‘Good’ across all areas.

Positioned across semi-rural locations in Norfolk, the group benefits from limited direct competition and a loyal client base drawn to its unique approach to early years education. The addition of alternative provision further strengthens its offering, creating a well-rounded and adaptable childcare model.

Golden Apples Nurseries identified the acquisition as an excellent opportunity to expand their presence within the sector, adding a highly regarded and differentiated group of settings to their portfolio.
