A well-established and highly reputable domiciliary care agency in Carlisle has been purchased by a corporate buyer, advised by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Wrightcare was established by the present family owners back in 2012 and during that time the business has earned a truly enviable reputation for offering a wide range of quality care to individuals who are living in their own homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Wrightcare has forged strong relationships with a host of providers including the local authority, NHS and private individuals residing in the locality. The agency delivers approximately 750 hours of care per week to 70 service users who reside in the neighbouring towns and villages.
Wrightcare offers a range of both long and short term personal and domestic packages for the elderly including personal and medical care, end of life care, sensory impairment, dementia, challenging behaviour, meal preparation, companionship and shopping.
Wrightcare currently operates from the vendor’s home and is therefore being offered for sale by way of relocation to alternative premises upon completion of sale.
The vendor wanted to sell Wrightcare as they wanted to retire. Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale and our experienced healthcare team delivered the right deal.
Wrightcare received four viewings and three attractive offers. The successful buyer is an existing domiciliary care provider who wants to continue the excellent work of the previous owner.
Upon completion of the sale, Healthcare Negotiator Asif Musa said: “It has been a pleasure working with our client for all the hard work he has put in during these difficult times to get the sale over the line. It has been an excellent result for all concerned. I wish my clients all the best with their retirement.”
