Whitehaven Residential Care Home in Sheringham, Norfolk, has sold to ArmsCare Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Located in a beautiful area of Sheringham within reach of local amenities and transport links, Whitehaven Residential Care Home provides high standards of care to 14 residents. Offering respite, palliative and long-term care for elderly and disabled clients, the care home is committed to treating all individuals with dignity, respect and privacy. Established over 25 years ago and operated by our clients for seven years, Whitehaven Residential Care Home has earnt a reputation for excellent standards of service, sustained by their experienced team of highly qualified staff and regular recommendations.

Following our clients’ retirement, the care home signified an ideal acquisition opportunity for ArmsCare Ltd. Operating six care homes across the East of England, ArmsCare provide care for residents experiencing a range of dementia-related illnesses alongside live-in and domiciliary services.
