Carousel Day Nursery, located in the West Midlands, has been sold to YMCA Wolverhampton advised by Redwoods Dowling Kerr. The bespoke marketing campaign generated significant interest in the business, with five viewings and three offers received.
The owners were looking to retire after establishing Carousel Day Nursery over 25 years ago. The nursery earned an excellent reputation for providing quality childcare within a warm and secure environment during that time.
The nursery has the capacity to provide professional childcare for 45 children from birth through to the age of 5 years. The business provides care Monday to Friday for 51 weeks a year.
The quality of childcare and superb reputation is highlighted by its recent rating of “Good” by Ofsted. The convenient and accessible setting of the nursery further ensures regular referrals and recommendations.
YMCA Wolverhampton are a charity already involved in the childcare sector through owning three similar businesses. They have previously used RDK’s services and were attracted to acquire Carousel Day Nursery due to its location. They aim to build on the success of the previous owners and grow the business further.
