Waverton House Day Nursery Ltd located in Merseyside sold to Kids Planet in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
On the back of 20 years’ experience within the childcare sector, Tracey Jenkins founded Waverton House Day Nursery Limited in 2013 after feeling unsatisfied with the quality of childcare available across Merseyside. This exceptional group of 4 well-established highly reputable nurseries has a combined capacity for 342 children, with one of the settings rated Outstanding and three rated Good by Ofsted.
This group opportunity was incredibly popular with multiple bids being secured, but ultimately Tracey felt that Kids Planet were the right buyers to continue her legacy.
