“Tillymints” sold to First Time Buyer!

Tillymints Nursery located in Merseyside sold to a first-time buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Tillymints is a charming children’s day nursery located in Liverpool. The nursery occupies a prominent and accessible position along a main road. It is located in a well-populated residential area, ideally placed to cater to local families. Tillymints offers 38 spots for children from birth to 5 years and was rated “Good” by Ofsted.

Throughout the years Tillymints has enjoyed both excellent reviews and historically high occupancy levels. The new owner who is a first-time buyer with 28 years of experience in childcare, wanted to acquire their own setting. The sale marks a new chapter for the nursery, with a bright future on the horizon.
