Redwoods Dowling Kerr is thrilled to announce the sale of Tigers Childcare, a well-established children’s nursery in Southeast London, to Kido International.
Established over 20 years ago, Tigers Childcare offers a full day care service alongside breakfast clubs, after school care and holiday camps for children aged four months to twelve years. The modern nursery consists of a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility which promotes learning and exploration, alongside a play-based, child-led curriculum and extensive outdoor space. Tigers Childcare benefits from a central location in the Elephant Park Development, just a short walk away from Elephant and Castle underground station.
Specialist Childcare Negotiator, Sarah Ellison, identified a suitable buyer in Kido International. Kido are a global childhood education business owned and operated by parents from around the world, and have recently been named a Top 20 Large Nursery Group in the UK. With a focus on pedagogical leadership that incorporates global teaching philosophies including Montessori and Reggio Emilia, the nursery will continue to operate as Kido Elephant Park, offering care for children aged three months to five years.
