The Ryes College located in East England sold to Keys Group Holdings Limited in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The Ryes is an impressive care and education group in Suffolk and Norfolk. It caters to young people who have a range of complex needs.
The group consists of four children’s homes with a combined capacity for 18 young people. It includes two special schools with a capacity for 36 and 8 young people respectively.
The sale includes the five freehold properties and completed within five months.
Director of Childcare & Education for RDK Jenna Caldwell stated: “I am thrilled for Kate and James. They have worked incredibly hard building the group since they acquired it back in 2011. We received multiple offers within a short period of time, but ultimately Kate & James felt that the Keys Group were the ideal buyers to continue their legacy.”
