A well-established children’s day nursery in East Sussex has been sold to existing operators, advised by RDK.
The Nursery School, situated in Crowborough, has a capacity of 35 children aged between two and five. The nursery has established an excellent reputation in its area for its care and facilities, ensuring children reach their learning potential.
The pre-school has been based at the same building since the 1960’s when it was established. Since 1999, the setting has been owned by our client Jackie Bannister. Since then, the nursery has grown into a fine setting over the years and now was the perfect time to sell as she wished to retire.
Recognised as the UK’s leading childcare broker, Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale of the setting and our marketing campaign ensured a strong response, with 19 viewings and 6 strong offers made.
The Nursery School was sold to Maria Montessori, a corporate operator with two settings already in their portfolio.
Nitin and Ekta Garg, the Directors of Maria Montessori, have over 40 years’ experience in the industry and they saw The Nursery School as a perfect opportunity to expand their group.
