The Grove Nursery sold to Kindred Education Ltd

The Grove Nursery located in London sold to Kindred Education Limited in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The Grove Nursery is a fantastic children’s day nursery and preschool located in Islington, London. The nursery sits in an affluent residential area, close to several local schools. It has close transport links with Angel, Highbury & Islington, and Old Street tube station. The Grove has a capacity for 78 children from 3 months to 5 years of age.

The excellent quality of the setting contributed to the buyer’s interest. The new owner, Kindred Education Limited, is a major provider of childcare with over 25 years of sector experience. Kindred will use its vast industry experience to continue to provide the same quality childcare in line with The Grove’s existing ethos.
