Set in a peaceful and tranquil neighbourhood, the setting has a capacity for a total of 18 residents. Established a number of years ago, the business has since garnered an excellent trading record with historically high occupancy levels. It also enjoys regular referrals and recommendations.
The buyer, a local operator and care home director, was attracted to the business due to its success and reputation. The new owner wishes to expand his current existing group of care homes and continue to provide the same high-quality care.
