Tender Care at the Zakia Centre located in London was sold to a first-time buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

The Zakia Centre, a Tender Care setting, is a delightful and superbly presented day nursery registered for a total of 24 children. The nursery was established in 2019. Since then, it has managed to quickly build a great reputation gaining popularity. This is due to its convenient and ideal location.

The nursery is located in the major London borough of Croydon. It is close to major transport links and residential areas, making it both easily accessible and highly popular.
