Teapot Home Care sold to CSN Care Group, advised by Redwoods Dowling Kerr

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the successful sale of a first-class care agency, purchased by corporate operators.

Teapot Home Care, based in Hertfordshire, highly reputable domiciliary care agency looking after elderly people in their own home exclusively within the city of Welwyn Garden City.

The business was established by a professional health provider with years of experience in nursing and has an excellent reputation for its standard of care.

The agency currently provides over 450 hours of care to its clients and operates from an independent office within the current owner’s home which required relocation under new ownership.

Having built up the business since its inception, the owners decided to sell Teapot Home Care as they wanted to enjoy their well-deserved retirement.

The buyers are CSN Care Group Limited, corporate healthcare operators within the sector, who saw Teapot Home Care as a perfect bolt-on acquisition for their group.

The new owners want to grow and expand the business and continue running the domiciliary care to its full capacity.
