Taylor Made Care Ltd sold to Lenity Healthcare Ltd

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the sale of Taylor Made Care Ltd in Worcestershire.

The business sold to Lenity Healthcare Ltd, an existing operator in the healthcare sector. The acquisition of Taylor Made Care Ltd marks the business’s third healthcare acquisition via RDK.

Taylor Made Care Ltd is a well-established well-respected supported living home and domiciliary care agency in Stourbridge, Worcestershire. It is registered for up to four service users and offers support for adults under 65 years who require personal care.

The buyer, who previously went through RDK to purchase a care home and a domiciliary care home, is looking to bolt on this latest acquisition to their existing portfolio of healthcare businesses.
