Experienced operator, Lenity Care Services, has acquired a well-respected domiciliary care agency in Redditch.
The owner of Supreme Care instructed Redwoods Dowling Kerr to broker the sale of their business due to retirement ambitions. The sale was agreed after five viewings and two offers.
Established in 2011, Supreme Care has gained an excellent reputation for offering a wide range of care to service users living in their own homes, including dementia and palliative care.
The agency received a rating of “Good” by CQC at the last physical inspection in March 2019. A critical factor of the agencies success and ongoing reputation is the skilled team and complement of qualified CRB checked carers.
Lenity Care Services has significant expertise within the sector and were motivated to purchase after seeing how well run Supreme Care was and the superb reputation in the area. The buyer wants to continue to provide the best quality of care within the community.
The vendor said, “I am writing to thank Asif Musa at RDK for the excellent service that you have provided during the sale of our home care agency. Asif did a fantastic job in finding a suitable buyer for our business. Asif kept us informed throughout the sale and was always approachable to give advice when required.
The vendor added, “Having run the homecare business for several years, I decided that it was time to retire and sell the business and had it not been for RDK we may have still not sold the business. Asif negotiated well with the purchaser and enabled us to get the best price for our homecare agency. Asif kept me up to date and helped and advised me throughout the sale process, which led to a successful completion.”
Sales Negotiator, Asif Musa concluded, “It has been a pleasure working with our client for all the hard work they have put in during these difficult times to get the sale over the line. It has been an excellent result for all concerned. I wish my client all the best with their retirement.”
