Stella Care is a highly respected domiciliary care agency, providing excellent standards of care to patients in the Torbay area. Working alongside local authorities and private clients, the business has become a preferred care provider due to its long-standing team of highly qualified staff. Offering a range of care services for elderly and disabled clients, Stella Care received a ‘Good’ rating at their latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission.
Following our clients’ desire to explore alternative business interests, Healthcare Sales Negotiator Lucas McCarthy identified an ideal buyer in Torbridge Capital and completed the sale less than six months after presenting Stella Care to the market.
