Social Care Academy Ltd, a well-established care, training, supported living and education provider operating across Worcestershire and surrounding areas, has been sold in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr to an established operator in the healthcare sector.
Social Care Academy Ltd is a highly regarded, multi-service organisation delivering domiciliary care, supported living, children’s services, specialist training and alternative education provision. Services for children and young people are provided across Warwickshire and Worcestershire, while adult services are delivered within Worcestershire. The business supports over 200 active clients, and delivers more than 2,000 care hours per week.and has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, person-centred support across all service areas.
The organisation holds a CQC rating of ‘Good’ across all areas, reflecting consistently strong standards in safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership.
Alongside its care provision, the business operates as an approved training and examination centre, delivering accredited health and social care qualifications and professional development programmes. It also provides trainee-ships in Health and Social Care, Business Administration and Customer Service, alongside alternative provision services designed to support children and young people through tailored educational pathways.
