A spacious property in Wolverhampton which was home to a children’s day nursery has been sold to Small Talk Nurseries in just two weeks by RDK.
The former nursery had a capacity for 36 children providing childcare from birth through to 5 years of age.
The property is a highly visible which has been carefully converted and updated providing deceptively spacious and versatile nursery accommodation across both the ground and first floors.
The property is ideally positioned and enjoys strong commuter access, close to nearby motorways and A roads.
The owner of the property, Mr Pathak, wanted to secure a new nursery tenant and he instructed RDK in finding the right business.
Our extensive marketing campaign attracted several interested parties, and Small Talk Nurseries have acquired the property.
Small Talk Nurseries have previously used RDK to acquire a nursery into their portfolio and they said the location and the spacious property attracted them to the sale.
