Secret Garden Children’s Day Nursery in Darlington has sold to a first time buyer in a deal facilitated by specialist broker Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
The nursery has successfully operated in the locality for many years, providing quality care for children from birth through to five years of age, along with a popular out-of-school provision for children up to the age of eleven. Secret Garden has enjoyed an enviable reputation, with regular referrals and recommendations leading to healthy occupancy levels.
The buyer intends to initially learn how the business operates and will strive to provide quality care and learning for the children.
The buyer said: “As a new entrant to the child care industry I believe nurturing children from an early age in the right way can make a huge difference to society as well as the well-being of the children themselves and their families.”
