Sapphire Streams Ltd in Wales has been sold to Roberts Homes Northwest Ltd, in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Sapphire Streams’ portfolio contains two specialist residential care homes – one situated in Shotton, Flintshire and another in Rhyl, Denbighshire – that have a combined 59 bedrooms, 31 en-suite.
Both properties are within easy reach of their local town centres with major commuter routes and public transport facilities close at hand. The homes have been family-run for over 30 years since originally established and have forged strong relationships with residents, relatives and external agencies, ensuring the homes enjoy regular referrals and healthy occupancy levels.
With the client expressing the wish to sell to a corporate existing owner, RDK Deputy Healthcare Sales Manager, Asif Musa, identified the ideal buyer in Roberts Homes Northwest.
The buyer has operated in the sector for 20 years and owns three other care homes in North Wales, all with a ‘Good’ CIW rating. The purchaser wishes to continue to provide the excellent level of care to his portfolio of homes.
