Redwoods Dowling Kerr brokered another sale in the childcare sector as Carousel Day Nursery was acquired by Sai Children Centre, an experienced operator.
The owners of Sai Children Centre are two practising medical doctors working for the NHS who have been involved in childcare for over 10 years. This acquisition marks their fourth childcare purchase through RDK.
The group’s medical background allows for a full appreciation of the importance of child development. They are focused on ensuring that their provisions maintain an exceptional level of quality and allow for a unique educational and social journey for the children who attend.
Carousel Day Nursery is a well established and profitable children’s day nursery in the Surrey region. Open year-round, it provides a welcoming feel by operating from good-sized and open plan classrooms
The pleasant and stimulating environments allow for excellent learning for a variety of ages. The business built up a good reputation due to the long-standing childcare staff and outstanding level of care provided.
Marie North, the vendor, purchased her first setting in the late 1990s and established her second setting in 2005 due to an increased demand for places within the area.
