Rocking Horse Nursery Sold to iStep Learning

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of the Rocking Horse Nursery in Godalming, Surrey, to iStep Learning.

Providing high quality childcare for 60 children aged three months to five years old, the Rocking Horse Nursery is Godalming’s longest established nursery. The setting offers a home-from-home atmosphere for children to develop in confidence, enabling them to reach their full potential in a safe and stimulating environment. The nursery achieved a ‘Good’ rating in their latest Ofsted inspection, facilitated by their professional team of longstanding and highly skilled staff members.

Following our client’s retirement, Childcare Sales Deputy Manager Sarah Ellison identified an ideal buyer in iStep Learning. Operating 24 settings across the South of England, they aim to become the leading operator of early years education in the UK. iStep Learning previously worked with RDK to acquire Stepping Stones Day Nursery in Okehampton, Frogmore Montessori Nursery in Plymouth, and Home from Home Nursery in Hove earlier this year.
