Richardson Home Care, a domiciliary care agency in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, has successfully sold to Case Healthcare Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
Established in 2020, the family-run homecare business has established itself as a leading home care provider for older people living at home across Newcastle and the surrounding area. Offering intimate, knowledgeable and person-centred care to all clients, Richardson Home Care provide a range of services including companionship, medication management and specialised care.
Following our clients’ retirement, Specialist Healthcare Sales Negotiator Mohammad Member identified an ideal buyer in Case Healthcare Ltd. Based in Leicester, the family-run domiciliary care business provides live-in care and supported living services across the county. The sale marks their second with Redwoods Dowling Kerr following their successful acquisition of Elderflower Home Care in York last year.
