Newdowns has been successfully training at its current location for the past 35 years and occupies a peaceful semi-rural setting surrounded by open countryside.
The business is licensed for 33 dog units and 14 cat units and is ideally placed for ensuring regular repeat trade from neighbouring towns and villages as well as attracting new custom from throughout the North Lincolnshire area.
Newdowns Boarding Kennels & Cattery has been successfully trading in the locality for several years and has acquired a truly enviable reputation boasting an extensive and loyal customer base with excellent reviews and enjoying frequent referrals and recommendations.
The vendor wanted to sell the kennels and cattery business as they wished to facilitate lifestyle changes and Redwoods Dowling Kerr was instructed in the sale.
After a comprehensive marketing campaign, the business received significant levels of interest and received 16 viewings. It was sold to buyers who want to continue the good reputation installed by the previous owners.
