Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce the successful sale of Le Monde Petit, a high-quality children’s day nursery in Burnley.
The nursery was established by the current owner back in 1990 has earned a truly enviable reputation for providing the highest levels of childcare, within a warm and secure environment.
Le Monde Petit operates from a modern setting which is registered for 110 children providing professional, quality childcare from birth through to five years of age.
The nursery operates from eight principal rooms providing care for the relevant age groups which are all located on the ground floor of the property.
The nursery enjoys excellent reviews ensuring regular referrals and recommendations with historically healthy occupancy levels, and was rated as “Good” by Ofsted at the latest inspection in April 2018.
After building a well-respected nursery for over 30 years, our client wanted to sell Le Monde Petit as they want a change in direction.
Using RDK’s market-leading knowledge and bespoke research strategies, the nursery was sold to a highly regarded business operator looking to expand their portfolio.
