In a fascinating interview chaired by our Sales and Marketing Director, Andrew K Steen, the pair discussed the challenges faced by care homes from January to October, what issues arose, and the key lessons learned from Covid-19. He emphasised on using “Technology” much more effectively in the care sector to identify data gaps.
Both Andrew and Martin highlighted the key issues observed by Care England during the pandemic and the work they performed on behalf of the sector.
