Redwoods Dowling Kerr are pleased to announce the sale of Windrustle Boarding Kennels, purchased by Woody’s Boarding Kennels Limited.
The kennels have been successfully trading for 29 years and is licensed for 50 dogs. During that time this well-known business has acquired a truly enviable reputation, boasting an extensive and loyal customer base, with excellent reviews and enjoying frequent referrals and recommendations.
The kennels occupies a peaceful semi-rural setting surrounded by open countryside yet is just a short drive from a selection of local shops and amenities with the major commuter routes across Lincolnshire.
The boarding offers high-quality facilities and the opportunity to introduce a grooming side to the business. There is also a large four-bedroom property with spacious private gardens.
Redwoods Dowling were instructed in the sale by the owners as they wanted to move abroad and be closer to their family.
Once on the market, the business received significant interest, including 16 viewings. It was sold to Woody’s Boarding Kennels Limited, a corporate business operator in the Kennels &Cattery sector.
