RDK Appoint New Director of Operations

Redwoods Dowling Kerr, part of the Altius Group, are pleased to announce the promotion of Jenna Caldwell to the role of RDK Director of Operations.

Jenna joined the business in May 2017 as Head of RDK Childcare & Education and advanced to the role of Director of Childcare & Education in January 2019. Throughout her tenure, she has forged strong relationships with major corporate clients and led the expansion of her team of longstanding sales negotiators.

Under her expert leadership, the RDK Childcare team has consistently delivered outstanding results, creating a leading brand within the sector and the top-performing division within the Altius Group.

Her proven track record in driving success within the childcare sector will play a key role in consolidating RDK’s position as the leading broker across all its sectors.
