Rathmore Care Home, a residential home in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, has sold to a corporate buyer in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Operated by our clients for over 25 years, Rathmore Care Home is a highly regarded residential care home for the elderly. The home provides high levels of care for eight residents with an excellent team of qualified staff. Located in the charming seaside town of Lytham St Annes on the Fylde coast, Rathmore Care Home is centrally located near public transport and local amenities, as well as being within easy reach of St Annes promenade.
