Pollyanna Pre-School Sold to Little Gems Aldershot Ltd

Pollyanna Pre-School in Lindford, Hampshire, has successfully sold to Little Gems Aldershot Ltd in a deal facilitated by Redwoods Dowling Kerr.

Pollyanna Pre-School is an independent nursery residing in the church hall of Lindford Methodist Church. Providing term-time care for 30 children aged over 18 months, the setting offers a free-flow environment to a large outdoor space all year round, also operating a large forest school nearby. Boasting an excellent reputation for high quality childcare, the setting has recently received an ‘Outstanding’ rating at their latest Ofsted inspection.

Having acquired Pollyanne Pre-School from Redwoods Dowling Kerr in 2022, our client decided to sell the setting following her relocation and change in career. Childcare Sales Deputy Manager, Sarah Ellison, identified an ideal buyer in Little Gems Aldershot, successfully completing the sale in under five months. With one existing setting in Aldershot, the family-run business was established in 2019, aiming to treasure, stimulate and encourage each child to achieve future success.
