Redwoods Dowling Kerr is pleased to announce the successful sale of Old School House Nursery, a well-established group of two children’s day nurseries in Sheffield, to ICP Educare Limited.
The business comprises two long-standing nursery settings with a combined capacity for approximately 190 children. Both settings benefit from strong reputations locally, with both rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
The nurseries have been under the same ownership for over 30 years and operate in close proximity to one another, providing continuity of care and a trusted presence within the local community. The business is well established in the region and has demonstrated consistent operational strength over many years.
